The product works superbly, from unboxing to final usage. At times, instructions for downloading and installing software can be confusing, but not impossible. I would recommend using search engines to solve any problems you might have. I was surpised to learn that the R4 Card not only plays NDS Roms, but also can play NES, SNES, GENESIS, and many other Rom types through the installation of emulators. Transferring files through the USB Adaptor is very fast, and the 16 Gig stick holds a shockingly large amount of games and Media. The R4 card can also be used to play GBA Games, if you purchase extra hardware. The Homebrew software list is extensive and is very useful. Also, there have been no problems with Wi-fi, or Wireless Connectivity. I have been able to verse and interact with a Friend's DS games, both had R4 Cards. Overall, the product is fast, efficient, and usually only fails due to user inexperience. Any problems can be sorted by merely searching your problem in popular search engines. The product has exceeded all of my expectations, and I have already purchased multiple cards to give as gifts to friends. I cannot rate this product more highly.

the order went through very succesfully and the delivery was quick the only thing that i could not do was get it set up as there was no info on what to do and was not preloaded with the info it needed to read the games, but as a freind had the same product he helped me. the value for money was brill and i will be ordering another memory card soon

amazing, an absoloute must for anyone with a dsi who wants to go further than gaming especially for the price. easy to use and the size of a normal game so no bulky items to carry around. i have never had a problem with the item just downlaod the software follow the easy steps and your away.
